  • Yes. We mail to addresses around the world. Charges for additional postage may apply.

  • We do. You can download our customizable explanation letter here. Mail it, email it, send it as a telegram, or wrap it and put it under the tree. However you deliver it, our welcome letter is an excellent way to introduce your gift.

  • Letters are sent via first-class mail once every week. Newly activated orders usually go out in the first mailing of the month selected at checkout. Activation takes 10 days from the date of purchase.

  • Our yearly plan offers the best value of any plan we offer, a full year of letters for just $13.25 per month. Our 3-month and 6-month plans are also great values.
